Hello, my name is Harold Gold. This is my story:
I first came to Cross DentalCare in the fall of 1986.
I came because my
teeth seemed to be getting progressively shorter and darker. My first contact with the staff at Cross DentalCare was very
positive. Dr. Austin and her staff were very friendly, they listened to
my concerns and then proceeded to do a very thorough exam along with
taking some x-rays.
When the procedures were completed, Dr. Austin explained to me that the reason for my short teeth was due to my night time teeth grinding. Dr. Austin also found that a tooth was abscessed and recommended that I see an endodontist for a root canal treatment. She acted like a dental detective in examining the evidence and solving my dental case.
Later my teeth were cleaned and a few small fillings were placed. Ultimately, veneers were placed on my eight upper front teeth to restore my teeth to their original shape and color. At the completion of the treatment, Dr. Austin made me a night guard to protect my teeth from further damage.
I have been a regular patient at Cross DentalCare since that time. They
have always been very helpful with giving me estimates of the work to be
done and also with submitting my insurance.
Now I feel I can live to at least 100 with my winning smile!
